On the heels of BSF's record $1.3 billion copyright infringement verdict for software company Oracle, The National Law Journal named the Firm to this year's Plaintiffs' Hot List. The NLJ looks for examples of "exemplary, cutting-edge work on the plaintiffs' side." BSF's significant victories in a price-fixing case against Chinese vitamins manufacturers, as well as a favorable settlement between independent business owners and former Amway Corp., subsidiary Quixtar Inc., further merited BSF's inclusion on this list.
