Several media outlets reported on the arrival of Boies Schiller Flexner's new Washington D.C. partner David Lehn.
When asked what drew him to the firm, David told Law360 "Boies, I felt like, had this small firm kind of litigation boutique feel but also is big enough that it can do some very big matters and can sustain a very diverse practice, which is appealing to me. I like learning one thing one day and jumping into something totally different the next day."
David's practice focuses on regulatory and appellate matters, and he brings particular knowledge in environmental, energy, antitrust, and constitutional law.
