Boies Schiller Flexner partner David Hunt was quoted in a number of publications this week reporting on the recent King’s Speech, which included an announcement that the government will be introducing new arbitration legislation.
David noted it was encouraging to see the government propose changes to preserve the competitiveness of arbitration within the professional services industry, especially given that arbitration is said to be worth at least £2.5 billion to the U.K. economy.
