Boies Schiller Flexner attorneys from London and Milan hosted a panel discussion and spoke at other events as part of London International Disputes Week.
BSF co-hosted a breakfast event with barrister chambers 3VB titled, "Dispelling Enforcement Myths by Jurisdiction," that focused on the challenges of enforcement and monetizing awards across different jurisdictions. BSF partner David Hunt moderated the discussion, with BSF partner Stefano Zonca joining as a panellist.
Also, as part of LIDW, David Hunt spoke on a panel co-hosted by Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and Allen & Overy that explored the future of AI and technology within arbitration, "From 5G to ChatGPT: The Future of Technology Disputes and Legal Tech."
