Boies Schiller Flexner has elected six litigators from its offices in New York, Albany, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, to its partnership. The new partners are Andrew Beyda, Anne Nardacci, Pascual Oliu, David Simons, Tom Sosnowski and Andrew Villacastin.

Andrew Beyda focuses on complex commercial disputes where he regularly represents individuals and corporations in a wide range of significant matters, including FINRA securities arbitrations, antitrust, class action, products liability, securities and multidistrict litigations. His work includes representing plaintiffs in the largest class action MDL in history, which involves claims against Takata and several of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers. He also has extensive experience representing clients in securities fraud and related matters, as well as defending Philip Morris USA in numerous actions against claims for injuries allegedly caused by smoking cigarettes. He is based in Miami.
Anne Nardacci advises clients in high-stakes complex commercial litigation, with a focus on antitrust litigation. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of industries and actions in federal and state courts. Her expertise includes class actions, opt-out litigation, multidistrict litigation and appellate litigation. She has recovered hundreds of millions for corporate plaintiffs that have been victims of various price-fixing cartels. For defense-side clients, she has achieved the dismissal of a wide variety of antitrust claims and obtained class certification rulings favorable to her clients. She is based in Albany.
Pascual Oliu is a trial and appellate lawyer experienced in helping clients creatively solve problems in a wide range of complex civil matters. His diverse practice includes mortgage financing litigation, energy law, professional-responsibility actions, securities litigation, class actions, Constitutional law, antitrust actions, construction law, and commercial-contract disputes. Pascual has also advised clients on the design and structure of a corporate compliance program, the drafting and interpretation of major commercial contracts, and the dissolution of various business arrangements. He is based in Fort Lauderdale.
David Simons has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of high stakes, complex litigation. He also counsels companies facing government investigations, and has represented clients before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. David’s recent clients include NIKE, Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA), Inc. He also maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the Firm’s Diversity Council. David is based in New York.
Thomas Sosnowski advises partnerships, investment funds, established corporations, startup companies, and prominent individuals with respect to their most complicated legal issues and most significant disputes. His litigation and arbitration experience includes high-stakes disputes involving contracts, license agreements, partnership agreements and securities filings. Thomas has advised clients in connection with pre-litigation settlements worth over $1 billion and several clients in connection with transactions and settlements worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Thomas is based in New York.
Andrew Villacastin practices complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and securities litigation. His experience includes defending a major British bank in multidistrict LIBOR-related actions, representing a public biopharmaceutical company in matters related to securities litigation and defending a life insurance company in class actions concerning the cost of insurance. He has also represented victims of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking conspiracy. He is based in New York.
